Ensure your items are in their original packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days; please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food products.
Submit a Request
Contact our Hive customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an official Return Authorization number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and include your Return Authorization number inside the box before shipping it back to our Colorado fulfillment center.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
